At last some sunshine.

Time to take off the covering of leaves from the long border. A couple of fatalities from the cold winter - Echium and Kniphofia have suffered, but everything else ok!

From around the corner in Brookmill Park, well worth the walk to see this Mandarin drake in his finery...He often makes the journey up to Greenwich Park in search of a mate!

A late Salvia guaranitica "Black & Blue" and Cotoneaster horizontalis contrasting nicely with Cytisus sp.
